More Than Conquerors,
Inc. Group Homes of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeks to battle the challenges
of at-risk youth , homeless teens, and teen mothers within our
community, by providing safe, stabilizing, nurturing and positive
environments.
More Than Conquerors,
Inc. Group Homes has experienced, certified staff to produce the desired
results within our residents. We provide our youth with a holistic
approach to life, give them hope and a place to call home.
More Than
Conquerors, Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization established in 2005.
Our members have been actively involved in the community collectively
for 18 years with combined experience ranging from foster care and child
care to adjudicated and at-risk youths to Milwaukee Public School
System. Education is of utmost importance and is a pivotal
focus of the services we offer.
More Than Conquerors, Inc. Group Homes has partnered with community
organizations and youth agencies to provide resources and quality care
for our residents.
We have developed
programs to teach or enhance parenting and child-adolescence living
skills; workshops designed to improve self development, combined with
sports, art and drama program; combat behavioral and emotional problems,
anger management; also career coaching and money management coupled with
entrepreneurial training.
We also offer mentoring
programs to equip our young generation for the transition to adulthood.
We hope to strengthen
their own family bonds and compel them to maintain these valuable
lifelong skills.
